UK Delivery
Our flat delivery rate for UK orders under £50 is £3.85. When you spend over £50 shipping is free.
We ship all our UK orders by Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. This aims to deliver in between 2-3 working days. You can find out more here.
Europe
We are currently unable to ship to countries within the EU due to new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR). We are working to overcome the challenges presented by this new legislation and hope to be able to return to shipping within the EU soon. We still ship to European countries outside of the EU and the shipping costs £9.35
International Delivery
We are able to ship to most countries and use a flat delivery rate. Unfortunately due to new tariffs and constantly changing processes which apply significant extra costs we have currently suspended shipping to the United States.
We aim for international deliveries to arrive within 3-5 working days, however we are unable to guarantee delivery times.
Please be aware that in some countries your order will be subject to import duties or taxes. These are added when the parcel reaches its destination and therefore we are unable to calculate the cost in advance. You will be responsible for paying any additional fees.
Some countries place restrictions on the sale and import of sex toys. You are fully responsible for adhering to these laws and regulations and The Pleasure Garden accepts no liability or responsibility if you break them.
Packaging
All our orders are shipped in discreet plain packaging with no branding on the outside. No one will be able to tell what you have ordered or where it is from.
Processing Times
We will process your order as fast as possible. Orders placed before 3PM GMT Monday-Friday should be processed and shipped the same day. Due to variable volumes we are however unable to guarantee this. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be shipped the next working day.
In order to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible some orders may be split in to multiple packages. We will inform you of this by email if your order is effected.
