We understand that sometimes not everything goes to plan and you may want to return a product you have bought from us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
All our products are covered by a 3 month warranty. If they stop working or break within 3 months of purchase you can return them for a replacement or refund. We will cover the cost of posting them back to us. Refunds or replacement orders will be processed once the item has been returned.
Some products have extended or additional warranty provided by the manufacturer. Warranty information is displayed on each product’s page. These warranties are managed by the manufacturer and we may refer you to them in order to process your refund or replacement. We are happy to assist in helping you to find out the right person to contact.
You can return any purchase within 14 days of when you received it for a refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund the item must be returned unused and sealed in its original packaging. We are unable to provide any type of satisfaction guarantee and any used or opened items will not be eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.
