We understand that sometimes not everything goes to plan and you may want to return a product you have bought from us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
All our products are covered by a 3 month warranty. If they stop working or break within 3 months of purchase you can return them for a replacement or refund. For UK orders we will cover the cost of posting them back to us. Refunds or replacement will be processed once the item has been returned.
- Any faulty items should be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. For hygiene reasons any item returned in a dirty condition will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your cost.
- If an item that is returned as faulty or damaged is found to be in working order it will be returned to you. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage. In this case if an item is not reclaimed after 30 days it may be destroyed.
Some products have extended or additional warranty provided by the manufacturer. Warranty information is displayed on each product’s page. These warranties are managed by the manufacturer and we may refer you to them in order to process your refund or replacement. We are happy to assist in helping you to find out the right person to contact.
You can return any purchase within 14 days of when you received it for a refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund or exchange value the item must be returned unused and sealed in its original packaging.
The exception to this policy are Gift Cards which are non-refundable.
We are unable to provide any type of satisfaction guarantee and any used or opened items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are faulty.
For unwanted items you will be responsible for any postage or packaging costs for returning the items and we are unable to refund the original postage costs.
