Lelo Luna Beads help you to strengthen your pelvic floor effortlessly. Inside each firm plastic ball is a small rounded weight, which, when inserted into the vagina, rolls around as you carry on your day. Each time the weight makes contact with your vaginal walls it causes your pelvic floor muscles to spontaneously contract and release. These subtle, micro-contractions strengthen the muscles over time, giving you control over your sexual and physical health. In each set of Lelo Luna Beads you will receive two pink beads, weighing 28g, and two blue beads, weighing 37g. You can use just one bead on its own, or any two in combination using the provided silicone sheath. This allows you to build up the weight over time as your muscles get stronger. The Beads are easy to insert, particularly with the addition of a small amount of water-based lube, and easy to retrieve with their body-safe nylon leash. The Beads should be removed from the sheath for cleaning after each use.
