The Satisfyer Power Balls set includes three peanut shaped kegel balls. Weighing in at 60g (starter), 75.6g (experienced) and 91.6g (advanced) the increasing weight allows you to strengthen and train your all important pelvic floor muscles. Each ball contains a free rolling small ball which moves and oscillates as you move around. These moving balls help to contract your muscles as they move – making your exercise effective and easy.
